After the onset of online teaching during COVID 19 years, I am of the opinion that nothing can replace classroom/face to face teaching where you can actually give the best possible and inculcate changes according to situation .
Rented schools should be converted to Government buildings with smart classrooms and with all facilities for students like playground etc Moreover Teachers should be given digital training so that they can teach students as per the norms of demand and need of students in present strategy.
It is really a well come move provided prope follow up is maintained as most of the planning and policies lack follow ups and monitoring.Let a district level team of different subjects be there to filter the material flow otherwise any Tom Dick and Harry may spoil the exercise.
Using video and audio for ccan enhance the learning experience by making lessons more engaging and accessible. It is really a well come move by our district administration.But most of the new steps fail just for lack of proper follow up and monitoring.I suggest a district level team of subject experts to monitor and follow the move.If it is not monitored properly,then outdated and improper material in the form of videos and audios may spoil it.I appreciate this move and hope it yields fruit.

And for these classes only PG teachers should teach. It is injustice for those students where graduate teachers teach them and pg teachers teach upto 8th class only
